Half Mutton
This refers to half of a sheep that has been butchered and is ready for cooking. It includes a variety of different cuts, including the legs, shoulders, ribs, and chops. Half mutton is a more manageable size than a whole mutton.
Roasting a half mutton in an oven or over an open flame can take anywhere from 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the mutton and the cooking temperature 120-165°C.
